These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Webina Website, located at https://webina.in/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Webina if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

  1. CONFIDENTIAL

    We can sign official NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for our customer security and safety in future under terms mentioned by both the parties (customer and our team). The NDA form should be provided by the client at the initial stage of the project.

  2. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

    Total payment should be paid for the project which charge less than INR 30,000.

    The project which charge higher than INR 30,000 remaining should be paid on the day of design delivery. Payment should be paid in the form of 2 installments,

    a) 1st mode of payment is 60% at initial stage.
    b) 2nd mode of payment is 40% during the delivery.


    • TAXATIONS

      Webina with its partner company provide you an option to proceed the payment with GST or without GST. Client should check their priorities in select in the payment mode with or without GST.

    • DELIVERY

      The timeline of the project starts from the day of payment to one of our bank accounts.

    • CLIENT PREREQUISITES

      All the requirements, content, logo, or any necessary data is to be provided by the client to start our work accordingly.

    • CLIENT COMMUNICATION

      Any specifications of a particular content are also requested to be provided during the initial stage of project (only if the client has any specific ideas ready in their mind, otherwise we will make sure to give our best design as per the international design standards).

    • EMAIL/WHATSAPP

      Any suitable suggestions or edits needed can be sent through email/whatsapp for a clear understanding of the new requirements, this will be easy for both parties to have a clear picture of the development process and specifications.

    • SUGGESTIONS

      Any color scheme or specifications of a particular style are also requested to be provided during the initial stage of project (only if the client has any specific design ideas ready in their mind, otherwise we will make sure to give our best UX/UI design as per the international design standards).

    • LIMITATIONS

      The Project timeline can be flexibly adjusted upto 1 week. Any delays after a week from the client is not encouraged.

      The timeline is fixed and agreed at the both ends. Our team will be available only on the fixed timeline allocated to the project. Client should be pro active and communicate with our team whenever required to complete the project sucessfully. Any changes in the project should be addressed only in the given timeline.

      If the timeline exceeds above 2 weeks, the project quotation will be revised and increased to 20%. (Client should pay 20% extra on total project amount) “EXTRA DAYS EXTRA AMOUNT”

    • ABOUT OUR CMS

      About Webina: Webina is a CMS Platform created exclusively for our clients. As a backend development platform for Web and Application Development.

      Terms: Webina is not for sale and © (copyrighted). The code can’t be shared with the client until they buy it for the premium price. The client can’t demand webina platform and its code. We develop websites and applications only with the help of Webina Platform.

    • SERVER PAYMENT RENEWALS

      Webina sends a notification to the customers email address for Server renewal and pop up in the backend dashboard before 10 days.

      Client can start the payment for the server after deploying website/application to the clients domain.

    • MEETINGS

      Webina follows Hybrid working model, Our talented team are from multiple locations through out the country. We believe virtual meetings are time saviours at both ends. We don’t encourage physical meetings. Let’s make meetings more fun, productive and purposeful.

    • PAYMENT DISCLOSURE

      The client should never discuss or disclose the payment amount or new requirements with the team. The client should discuss the payment or new requirements with only with allocated SPOC (SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT).
